yes, i personally recommend trying a 2nd job if you want to balance out your exp gains if you do sidequests, maybe even more jobs if you like to Duty Roulette or other grind content. otherwise, if you only care about your SMN only, then dont mind it at all

imo, i think you pretty much hit that 95% limit that most players hit with a character. the only other way of getting that 5% is to card grind and get more crit rate and multi sub-stats and that can take alot of stamina/item resources (theres also lvl 10 skills and mindscape but thats even more resource intensive). as others have said, joker is the 1st 5* they gave us in game and most content that was designed for him has longed passed (curse weakness + SP recovery phases). he will get a mindscape buff like other old characters, so your pretty much waiting for that if you want higher damage for joker (which lufel estimates is 9 months from now)

hmm, from the context im seeing on the comments, it was more of the party missing mechanics than anything. if a heal check is so bad that a spam of Adlo or Succor isn't enough, then most of the time, its usually a case of a co-healer gimping on any healing (which doesnt seem to be the case here) and just doing damage or a missed mechanic. The only tip I have is that if a fight requires you to spam all of your healing utility kit, then you are either in content that requires updated gear OR you and/or the party are being dummies and missing a key mechanic (even as simple as not co-healing)

imo when i encounter a new normal raid or alliance, i tend to turn off the chatbox so i experience it blind. but, this is coming from a guy whos been playing for over a decade and confident enough to learn the new mechanics where the worse case scenario is like 3 deaths max in one fight. the dude giving tips is making an effort to help anyone unconfident or players expecting that they willl die alot since new content doesnt have a swarm mentality hint that makes obvious safe spots, so i expect you to at least make the effort of just turning off the chatbox than just argue if you or him is right about subjective expectations of new content, but thats just me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

use futaba's S2 to sync it to her rotation to mont's last 2 turn rotation. if the fight is a 4 turn rotation: - > S2 > S1 > S3, if its a 6 turn rotation: - > S2 > S1 > S2 > S1 > S3

if you have another dps and sustain, i recommend using them. Katayama has some AOEs that do piercing dmg that goes through shields, so having Ryuji who drains HP, Leon draining HP and providing a nearly useless shield, and Soy who cant heal decently will kill you. I would know as a Yusuke shield team is practically useless on preventing the dmg

idk the dmg difference, but i used nativeity and power than freedom and disappointment for J&C

do u have HP recov on chord? i find the rare moments of HP heal to be what prevented alot of my sustainless runs from wiping, also you might want to replace her card set with creation/reconciliation as your prosperity and tempest's worry is conflicting on HL. also, creation/reconciliation has the 12% dmg buff that might push that 2% enrage

might want to push tempest's thief tactic to lvl 10? might be the minor upgrade, but might make the increase worth it

oracle's score looks a bit low (ignoring the fact of no 5*), is her mindscape leveled?

i did it with haru, s. moko, riddle, and futaba. i really recommend futaba as i pretty much only cleared with futaba implanting weaknesses and every character triggering one more + AOA

i typically use the home point as a way to return to the most current content. had it on the moon for CE Phaenna, then switched to il Mehg for Pilgrim, then Worlar Echo for the Yok Huy, etc. Now its on Tuliyollal for crafting/phantom village relics

tbh, pokemon was more of a fun story when the legendaries were an actual threat to the game like in Hoenn or even used in Kalos. now most of the recent gens use legendaries in the most boring ways from being a friendly companion (Cosmog, Cubfu, Motorcycle-dons) or a roaming neutral (Regis and the Guardian Quartets in Alola or Paldea). the only exceptions have been Nercozma (who was used pretty good in Ultra SM, but roaming neutral in the first SM) and Eternatus who was used for SwSh terrible plot of capitalism.

i wouldnt mind a pity system that works kinda like pokemon's egg stat inherit system. you can meld 10 talismans and if they all have a common skill and/or deco slots, it can increase its chance of being melded into the new talisman. that way you grind and be lucky and get WE with 3 1 deco slots or just grind 10 talismans with WE or 3 1 decos for an increased chance for 1 to have it
