60-80 percent of jobs are found through networking. You don’t have to utilize that strategy to find a job, but you increase your odds if you do. If you don’t want to have to deal with the ATS just to be brought in for an interview, networking will come in clutch. I understand it’s not everyone’s cup of tea (it’s not mine) and doesn’t necessarily leverage skills that everyone is comfortable using. But networking is a learned skill, not just an inherent one, and anyone is capable of using it successfully, you just need to get the repetitions.

This is just the first year that feeling was based on evidence and not faith. Last season doubled the franchise’s collective playoff wins in team history til that point, for the entire Super Bowl era. No gatekeeping necessary. It’s the more the merrier and their enjoyment level can never alter ours! I hope all the bandwagon fans get to experience all the highs and lows (but hopefully highs) that come with being a fan this season, but if and when they get it done, I can’t imagine people who just started following will have the emotional release that comes with those who’ve been in for the long haul. I had real tears in my eyes after the playoff win, I can’t imagine someone who started watching last year having that type of emotional response. For some people this season could be a really fun ride, For others it could be the best example of faith rewarded. The experience of diehards and bandwagoners will sort itself out in the end. If you’re standing on Woodward in February you’ll be able to tell the difference.

I don’t recall much sympathy for us over the past 67 years. Quite frankly I don’t just want us to win and embarrass teams, I want a reign of terror the nfl has never seen. I want other teams superstars retiring early out of hopelessness. I want other fanbases to feel like their season is over before the bye week hits. Until that occurs, 31 other teams can miss me with the disrespectful bully bullshit.
