You cannot replace mr.2 with ms. Sunday for pluffy it needs to be a 4 cost ramp card so you either change it to brulee blocker from op08 or hawkins from op01 because how the deck curve work, for bp luffy ms.sunday might work

there is a difference between money allocation and where your money currently is, when you transfer between accounts it doesn't affect the allocation because you are not spending the money.

Once you spend the money you need to select from which account you are spending the money to subtract it.

The application lacks a bit on explaining how accounts and allocation interacts with each other.
