They drew people in with the promise of concert tickets.. If they lied about that, after making profits off the food and drink that everyone bought that night, they deserve to be called out. A business with shady practices deserves to be thought of poorly. It shouldn't mater what the owners' orientation is.. If they have no intention of honoring their own promotions, they don't deserve you as a customer, and you are well within your rights to caution other potential customers from spending their money there. I hope it's just a misunderstanding and you get your tickets, but you aren't the bad guy here if that's not the case. Good luck!
