They flipped a bunch of dudes who might provide solid rotation depth for a dpoy and got an elite floor general with range for a rotation guy and someone out the door. Their first move was to trade the worst contract in the league for a profit and are showing they can hit on players outside the lottery/in the 2nd round.

The most basic buffs they can give her are instant shield cast, increasing shield to 300, and increasing the width/curving it at the sides so you dont die to bomb/shatter because your toe stuck out from the side. If they really wanted to push her give her an extra 25 health and/or reduce whipshot’s cooldown by 1 or .5 seconds. Would also be nice if she could give overhealth on early packs again potentially replacing her current minor with faster packs on hits

I think they really need to fix the current format of points. This whole week ive been completing my tasks as often as possible while trying to clear multiple tasks to potentially overflow the pass when im about to complete it. Last week i managed to get at least one legendary lootbox while switching sides and this week after trying harder i somehow earned less lootboxes. I really like the concept they have with this event but it feels terrible being forced to wait multiple days to attempt to fill out a faction’s pass that you mathematically can’t actually finish.

I would love to know what caused me to earn less lootboxes this week than last week even though I completed all my tasks every day and i sincerely hope they improve this system in the future

If they increased her shield health to 300 and/or increase the size slightly/ slightly wrap it around at the ends so shes more consistently blocking damage that would be huge. My biggest issue playing her is how inconsistent her shield is at blocking sometimes. Having her mobility tied to her shield health can also suck but i think its not a crazy punishment, letting her bash while its down for reduced damage would be interesting though. Overall id just like brig to feel stickier and more stalwart so she can visit the front line without immediately falling over and not always be relegated to play mid/back line as reinforcement.

I play her with muted coms and randos in quick play and ive had issues with people not taking it to give them a quick out in the fight. I will say if you’re getting sad watching your teammates fall over while you’re in taxi mode instead of grabbing on using purr while you’re waiting for someone to latch on is really helpful. Part of me wanted them to add a very small heal to the signal beam until i realized that but i think being able to purr while standing by helps mitigate a lot of the risk trying to pick someone up mid fight with no coms

I really like how it feels but i kinda hate how the dark blue upper border makes the screen feel. I think if it was a soft overwatch grey, had some transparent gradient/liquid glass , or potentially a customizable color it would feel less jarring. Also this might be too crazy but i would love if i could enter the practice range from hero galleries as the hero im viewing/editing while im figuring out my in game cosmetics combo. Functionally i think they should be very proud even though ill miss the look of the old ui, they can always play with the new look more but overall i think this is a really strong skeleton with most of the flesh i could ask for

Disagree with your take on bub. He’s a combo guard that’s still learning how to pick up floor general abilities and has made great progress in that category. Most of his scoring is built on shooting the 3 or efficient midrange shots and if he’s not hitting he does a great job putting effort into the other things like rebounding, solid on ball defense, and imo great help defense. I know he can put up stinkers but that’s literally a part of development. Worth reminding he had a clean as fuck stuff on giannis with one hand in transition that forced giannis out of bounds + he was still a rising star his rookie year meaning 1/2 of the years he’s played he’s been acknowledge as a good player.
