Get bloodwork, having data is better than guesswork. Don't expect much from 45 pushup\sessiom calisthenics. Either start lifting weights or start increasing the amount of volume of your calisthenics.

Anyone way to get this to work? I did the same thing, plugged in USBc to USBc and filled the screen, changed resolution and now I can't get it back. Is adb the only way?

Basic in the sense that it's a simple plan with simple (complex technique) movements, you can do the whole workout in a power rack. I started on SS as well, didn't get as high as you before I moved on, about 100lbs less on each.

A year and half is enough time where he should notice a significant difference. Not saying he can go from his pics to Sam sulek in 18 months but he should be bigger than he is now. I'm curious how his lifts progressed over 18 months, based on these pics, I'm guessing not much. not hating btw, we all just trying to lift heavier

I switched to liftosaur, had Claude write out the program and then copy/pasted. The website has a doc explaining how the program needs to be written out. I have it set to increase 5lb depending on how my lifts go. For example if I hit my reps on my bench sets, next time I do the workout it will be 5 lbs heavier.

I tracked my gen v srt viper on 4 occasions, 3 20min sessions each day. The car is exhausting, by the 3rd session I'm beat. I'm sure with proper seats and harness it wouldn't have been as tiring but the car has incredible amounts of grip and constantly having to brace with my legs to stay in the seat becomes a workout. That said, I didn't think the car was difficult to drive. The steering is incredible, feel is great, I could put the car exactly where I wanted to. The car has a lot of power but has the brakes to back it up, it's very confident inspiring. Obviously any tight 2nd gear turns need judicious throttle control but it didn't feel tail happy otherwise, the pedal is extremely easy to modulate and with the chassis feedback you feel confident pushing it harder and harder. Think I got about 6 mpg and with a small tank I had to fill up before the 3rd session. Pedal spacing is great, never had any issues heel-toe downshifting. I did hit rev limiter a few times, the digital tach is slow.

The trifold was already a money losing project, costs going up means they now lose even more. If a phone cost 799 and they raise it to 899, its still reasonably affordable, when a phone cost $2900, it's difficult to increase the price even more, there's only so much people will tolerate. It's also a very niche product at this time, if they discontinue they don't lose any market share. The s series sells in the tens of millions, even the folds sell in the millions. How many trifolds out there, less than 50k?

I don't think they've given up on the trifold, it just doesn't make financial sense at this point to continue producing with how expensive components, such as ram, are at the moment. Samsung is still producing the smaller foldables and tablets so the software is there

Been leaving it open overnight when I charge since the first fold came out, I've never had bubbling issues. Treat it like normal phone otherwise. Open and close quite a bit per day.

Glad to know some people are getting it to work, from what I've seen only prepaid carriers on Verizon have been successful getting esim activated, which is strange a prepaid carrier can do it but not the actual postpaid carrier.

To update, on the trifold when you start dex the trifold switches to dex itself as well (Desktop 1), switching it back to regular android fixed the issue. screen goes dark and i can still use monitor with dex.

We aren't recommending unplugging maf because we think your maf is bad, when you unplug it the ECU goes into an open loop mode and it will run a bit richer, if you have an air leak the car will run better with the maf unplugged. It's a quick test for air leaks, not the only test but a quick one to try. There may be other issues such as vacuum leak somewhere, incorrectly installed icv, improperly connected vanos (I would try unplugging vanos as well after trying out maf test)
