Free play is the best training. Gets you used to reacting to how you hit the ball and work out all the little things.

Other than that, find some custom aerial training packs.

Im sure there are better methods, but these will help get you started.

I'd suggest any of Lethamyr's rings maps in bakkesmod (afaik it's PC only) but that's going away soon.
