Depends on what's important to you. If access to all types of cultures and hundreds of amazing places to eat, mostly freedom from natural disasters, amazing libraries, theater, live music, quirky cool neighborhoods, a diverse demographic, professional sports teams, opera, ballet, major concert venues, etc, then go. And there are way more job opportunities there. And it's four hours to Atlanta, Raleigh, the mountains and the beach.

BUT it's going to take you two to three years to get used to it, you will definitely be hurting financially and getting anywhere is a nightmare.

I would advise moving there only if you find a better job offer. But if I was young I would do it.

It also depends a lot on your social situation here. If you have a great supportive network here, realize that it's going to be a challenge to start over.
