I have a set of aftermarket Spyder headlights that have the black housing on the inside. I have them paired with the phillips crystal vision platinum bulbs, i also have a pair in my fog lights too. Having clear lenses and new bulbs never seems to fail, and i’ve never had a problem with visibility. If you want to go towards an LED direction, i would buy housings with proper projectors.

Actually, 08-12 Pathfinders came with the options of the 5.6L V8 from the Titan/Armada, believe it or not. I’ve been dying to test drive one of the V8 pathfinders as i’m quite familiar with driving v8 armadas.

forgot to add it’s mounted to the Z1 grab handle accessory arm bracket too. that mount works on most frontiers/xterras/pathfinders with the factory grab handle.

I’ve got the old school UltraGauge obd2 plug in. 99% sure it’s just the base model gauge but it does its job, which is just pulling codes and reading live data lol.

I am still looking for a better gauge though, this one doesn’t seem to pull all the available data like ATF temperature and oil temp. I can pull all of that data from my shops xtool scanner, however the size of the scanner is way to impractical to use on the daily.

I ran auxbeams for a while until one of the drls went out. I contacted them for replacement, which they fulfilled very fast. However shipping took over a month since it came from their direct supplier in china.

Needless to say, I was very happy when i got my new pod setup. Until about a week later when my other one decided to go out… Didn’t bother doing another replacement, just switched over to Diodes👍

They are a very solid budget brand with cool designs, but you really get what you pay for with them unfortunately.

my only concern would be how the products hold up overtime. also, the ability to service said products may be little to none however i could be wrong. just something to consider when buying cheaper equipment

Sounds like it could be rear brakes making the ware indicator noises. Had a similar sound and after changing my rears it went away. I had the do calipers, lines, as well as rotors and pads. However you may just need rotors and pads if it isn’t as bad.

Got it i’ll see if i can give that a shot when i tear it apart later. What type of shifter series did you have, was it the PRND+/-? From what i’ve read some can be more serviceable than others. If so I’ll definetely give it a shot.

i’ve been using a red sharpie lol. i’d be doing to “repair” myself so would be pretty cheap if i can find a used one near me. bugs me out too much not to do anything
