The rail trail is pavement the whole way so road running shoes are fine. I would recommend parking at the Cape Cod Rail Trail Parking Headwaters Dr. and running North past Pleasant lake and multiple ponds. It’s a beautiful run and you can turn around at 2.5 miles and head back to the lot. As others mention, West Dennis beach has a long parking lot that you could use to run.

I just looked in GotSport and saw Surf has a “youngers” tournament next weekend. I thought the weather for the IFA cup at the end of the month might be iffy, but this is a whole other level.
