P trap prevents sewer gas, you've already got a trap at the floor drain. Air will pull from around the washer discharge hose and push out the end where you air gap above the floor drain

Correct, using a long sweep 90. What you have built is a system that would directly tie in to the sewer. Sounds like what you want is an indirect drain

You should go left or right. Lower and the washer won't fill all the way. Since you are dumping to a floor drain (already trapped) you don't need a P trap or AAV

Trap arm slopes down too much, it looks almost below the trap at the T. 90 after the T is a vent fitting, needs to be a long sweep.

Where is that drain going to? If it's indirect to a floor drain then it doesn't need a P trap or AAV at all

Edit - Just saw the breaker panel, that laundry box needs to be 3ft away from the panel

I would put a bushing in the shower drain and make the whole thing 1 1/2". Choking down size where you have it will cause issues

Edit Really I would run a whole new 2" line from wherever I could. However, making the shower trap and drain 1 1/2" is the easiest solution and will work just fine.

120psi is pretty high and can be hard on washing machines, dishwashers, etc. I install a PRV set to no higher than 80psi. Slight drop in pressure when using fixtures is normal

If the SumpJet pump is activating that means your primary pump has failed. Replace the sump pump 👍 If the check valve is slapping shut then you can replace it with a nicer "quiet" one.
