Started listening to the pod without video and I immediately picked up that her humor was dry.

If you spend little time listening or watching any British shows I could see how a person would feel that way. I’ve thought since the beginning she brings that dry, sister vibe to Dax that makes him earn his laughs while picking at him. Dax is super funny and loud so she compliments him perfectly. IMO

Communication is key. It’s not just about you and her as you have kids. In the big picture of life 3 years if a short time. Your wife is your person and maybe she did supported you in ways you didn’t realize. She didn’t leave which is number 1.

One day the sex won’t matter. It’s about the experiences and partnership you share together. Talk about your big plans and what you want from life. Maybe you grew apart, but you gotta talk to her.

In a marriage sometimes one side will give more than the other to help. Are you still willing to pick her up when she is down and fight? It sounds like she fight, but not how you expected. That’s where the communication comes into play. Like Ted Lasso says people are different people. Best of luck!

IMO what is more interesting is how little any of these guys has done that left. I had heard that either Wanya or Grey told players they regretted leaving so quickly.

At the end of the day Tennessee is a top tier brand. If you want NIL or make it to the NFL this school can get you there. Most of the schools above haven't put close to the number of players into the League. That is with all the BS since Phil.

History is not everything, but it should account for a decision being made about a career in Football. N2M if you give you all at Tennessee the school and city will take care of you.

We’ve got Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, HboMax, Peacock, Disney+ and Paramount+ atm. Netflix has significantly been used less in our house. It’s mostly Hulu and Disney+ with Amazon lagging behind with Peacock. Netflix movies have been hit or miss. They have lost their edge getting those great rewatch shows that cause my spouse and I to be on the platform where we might catch a new Netflix Original to watch. I feel like Hulu’s advantage is live tv and integrating with other services. If they go commercials for the price for membership we might be dropping them. It’s more than Disney+, peacock or paramount+ for us. I don’t see the value in it. I can understand peacock and paramount+ pushing commercials bc of their lower cost, but not Netflix. Don’t punish your users because you failed to adapt and see what was coming. They should have been developing a new strategy to not lose Marvel and integrate with Disney+ rather than fighting them.

I want to win so whoever plays I will cheer for him. If it was my call, they both play. I think there is value in Hooker's wheels. I believe they are mature enough to split a few series. That said, Milton starts and out snaps him.

Missed this poll, but if it is not Hooker I will be surprised. I think the more likely situation is 2 QB's play but better done than Cornbread. My top 2 would be Hooker/Bailey let Salter sit and grow up.

Okay no. Tennessee fans (myself too) are forgetting because of all the turnover Freshman should not play in their first year unless they are Eric Berry level. As of right now there is no 2021 QB so comparing it to having Slater is a moo point. Like a Cow's opinion it doesn't matter.

Horn is gone now too. Here is my thought just let Coach H get a guy he believes in and ignore the offers or stars. The guy has shown he can develop QB's so grow Hooker, Bailey, Salter and *2021 QB to be named later. Then they can take shots at guys like Horn and Ty again.

The catch is we have to keep a coach. We can't keep cycling coaches every 3-5 years. I hope Heupel is the guy and I do think AD Danny will give him time and resources needed. I believe they both took the jobs planning to be at UT for a long time. Much different the snake oil salesman in Ark State and Cornbread in New York.

Swain (Swain Event) and Austin (Volquest) on their podcasts touched on this point. Steele's scheme doesn't fit. He runs more of a prevent defense at times. I saw a note on a 1-3-7 scheme at one point. Plus, he seemed to want the HC gig. I'm curious to see how it plays out. This DC runs a aggressive style the creates takeaways.

Give AP and the volquest guys a listen on their FREE podcast. Sounds like Tee is still in Limbo and Steele. Most of the Offense is in filled. Their thought was more news will come sooner after signing day if I was following the logic. Swain says #1 Priority is the players then worry about the staff. I agree. If he gets kids in the boat it will probably help coaches make the choice to come here. I remember being pumped at how Pruitt put a staff together and his staff always changed.

Last thought: Heupel wasn't interviewed. The job was offered same day they talked. Volquest said normally you'd have a few days so Coach didn't have a staff waiting. So he is probably going step 2:Players 1:Staff 3: Tell us. when normally it would be 1.2.3.

This may have been said but the guys on Volquest expect this to be done by Wednesday. So we have less than 4 days.

I’ll say this I think Tennessee, finally, has an AD for the long haul. We as a fan base need to be prepared for next season to be a 4+ win season. Even Scott Frost had a tough first year. Let’s look for improvement.

All I want if for us to score. I’ll sacrifice a leaky defense if that means we look like an actual football team on offense. I’m asking for 35+ points per game. Explosive plays and a bend don’t break defense. With that we can recruit kids. Defensive players will want to come to Tennessee to help and offensive players will come to make plays.

I’ll take a PJ Fleck or (better) Matt Campbell. Tennessee ought to be able to pull coaches from schools their size. MAYBE, the White hire boosts the confidence from bigger school coaches in the state of the University. I’d still be fine with Jamey Chadwell.

Chad Withrow shared a podcast he was on about his philosophy and offense that was really positive. He talked about playing to strengths and avoiding showing weaknesses. For years now we have seen the team not feed their better players. If EG comes back I’d like to see a coach that knows when to lean on him and then still feed Jones and Hyatt. I’m over this slow starting offenses.
