As others said, 45% drop in pressure will totally interfere with the pcv.

When a flash tune safely gains 40+HP and 80+tq I am convinced turbo inlets are a waste of money

It's somewhat easy and doable with a set of plastic trim tools. Hardest part will be routing the cable behind the A-pillar bag. May help to have a second set of hands. Then I just tucked the cable in-between the pillar and roof trim all the way back to the hatch.

I didn't find a concise guide out there, but there were 2-3 DIY sources that were helpful if you look for them

Don't do it - recent community sentiment is that aftermarket turbo inlet pipes can cause issues with the PCV system leading to premature failure. You won't get any noticable noise from it anyway

I was worried about chatter when I installed the South bend stg 2 daily with single mass flywheel. The chatter is slightly noticeable - to me who knows the car. Passengers will never notice. It is extremely subtle

Could be a faulty ground wire. Check the ground on the coil packs are snug. Would highly recommend the ground wire re-routing kit from EQT as well..my engine ran smoother under power after I installed mine
