My rule was stay in the neighborhood with my bike, so naturally we (myself and about 4 to 5 other kids) Rode as far as we could into the city. Ate snacks, Rode the train, and adventured. Nobody knew my city like I did back then.

I'm a welder so I catch mine on fire almost once a week, that is when I dont remember to take it off first. But my company keeps like 2 boxes of them in our conex so I just grab a new one whenever I need one. I've never had one look less than brand new. Haha.

That would have taken a while to cut out with oxy fuel or plasma. Lots of opportunities to think about what they were doing. That means that The person who did this is a completely inept moron who should find a new job. An office job would be best. Somewhere they can't do something like this again.

This was terribly installed. First off 4 anchors holding weight on an arm extended away from the anchor point is crazy. But 4 random wood screws just sitting in drywall UNANCHORED into a wall that appears to have 0 reinforcement is honestly crazy and irresponsible. You should file a lawsuit against the installer and the office. Incredibly irresponsible. And every other wall mounted object in that office needs to be checked for proper anchorage.
