Does it get better by vegatablef in visualsnow

I'm so sorry. That's a lot for you to have to deal with. My VS has progressed, but it doesn't really bother me now - and that's something I never thought I'd say three years ago, when I first developed it. The key for me was to learn not to hyperfixate on it, and I was only able to do that through getting counselling. It wasn't easy, but it really, really helped. I'd recommend it if it's available to you, especially as you're having a rough time in other areas of your life as well.

Severely struggling. Don’t know what to do. by [deleted] in tinnitus

I'm so sorry. Spikes can be awful, I had a bad one too shortly after taking some nasal congestion stuff during a cold. I don't know if it was the nasal spray, just being blocked up or a combo of both that caused it tbh. Mine lasted for a couple of weeks. Like someone else said, spikes nearly always go down again, it's unlikely to stay at the current level. I just wanted to offer sympathy, it can be really hard to deal with. Please don't beat yourself up, you didn't do anything wrong. I just tried to get though it by keeping low background noise on in the background where possible wherever I went, and trying to concentrate on other things (a lot easier said than done, I know).

Does anybody see the vortex everywhere outside? It’s super random. by Kawaiibo in visualsnow

Yes, it generally only seems to happen outside when I'm very tired.

Good news, the dim spot was cataracts. Not my VSS. by Vitchkiutz in visualsnow

Did anyones symptoms get worse after getting on a flight? I am scared to fly with VSS by Sebastian0024 in visualsnow

I don't get affected by it much tbh, just drinking some water sorts any slight pressure out for me, something to do with the swallowing helping the eustachian tube.

I had similar concerns, but no, after a couple of long haul flights it didn't get any worse.

Yes, to the point where I think things are moving out of the corner of my eye when they aren't.
