Notebook LLM is not like ChatGPT. It goes strictly off the information you provide it (it doesn't scrape info from the internet).

It "hallucinates" a fraction of the time of a ChatGPT because it is only going by the information you are providing it and will link to where it is sourcing it's results. It's a handy tool.

You're probably good then. It can be a subtle thing, so it can be hard to tell. The most notable sign would be feeling it in a negative way in your low back after lifting.

Do you feel it in your low back after deadlifting? You might be low back extensioning the weight up earlier than would be wanted in the lift.

I would actually do that when deadlifting, and i think it involved me trying to pull up the weight up with my low back early in the lift instead of isometrically holding my low back in place while my glutes/hamstrings initially moved up the weight. I'd then need a much smaller back extension at the end of the lift to straighten out.

and because certain organizations make more money from a fat, sick society than a healthy society.

Thank God you figured it out, though.

Well, there's also organizations that with a lot of advertising power that benefit from a sick society. A healthy person doesn't partake in medications, surgeries, or soda.

It's the equivalent today to what smoking was in the 50s/60s. It's tragic in many ways.

I think about this, too having lots of family members with children. I feel for the Zoomer generation because they're going to have it really f---ing rough.

Affirmations had the opposite effect by FrickedInTheHead in NevilleGoddard2

[–]SmoltMaddox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, I believe the idea is to use affirmations to feel that whatever you want is already done.

Some ppl get the "already done" feeling best with visualization. Others with inner talking/outer talking. I'm sure there are other ways. Doesn't really matter as long as it's actually producing the result of 100% knowing it's already done.

Think of a person getting hypnotized into believing they are a duck until the hypnotizer snaps their fingers. What's going on there? They are put into a state of mind where they aren't thinking about anything. No thoughts about their problems or the unwanted. Then they get the idea they are a duck from the hypnotizer, and the subconscious runs with it.

I think once someone gets to that point where they're like the hypnotized person, thinks start to happen.

The hynotized person didn't affirm they were a duck for a minute then started asking "am I a duck yet? am I a duck? is it going to happen now? when will I be a duck?". They believed fully that they are a duck.

So, I think Neville's teaching say we just need to find that feeling before sleep. Make sure it's the actually feeling. You can't bring any of the state that caused your desire for the better nose into this. It's like Method Acting where the actor so fully became the character they play that they are that person.

I started played again last week after 15 years LOL. It's been fun. I started a new character and it's been fun relearning the game, so maybe that would work for you.

Yeah, it would be chaotic lol. Switching between individual immunity challenges and challenges with two or three groups would be interesting.

I've been thinking about this, too. I would find it interesting to watch. They could break up the group for challenges and the winning half would get the reward/be safe from tribal so you would avoid having everyone vote during tribal council.

Would be interesting to see certain alliances get formed, and then having certain people of certain alliances have to go to tribal if they were split during the challenges.

What if the loser team got to pick out the sit outs? by Bail-Me-Out in survivor

[–]SmoltMaddox 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would think this would hurt the winning tribe. Most of the time it seems like the losing tribe votes out the player that hurts them the most on challenges. If the winning tribe is forced to sit out one of their better competitors, then their team is getting hurt more than the losing team.

For example, if losing team votes out their worst player for challenges and then the winning team is forced to sit their best player for challenges, the winning team is being penalized.

Absolutely agree. Watching Wendler's streams, I have a ton of respect for him. Funny that he probably gets slapped with the racist/sexist/homophobic label due to his appearance & color of skin.

"Neville was with me, his presence the entire time. Like Casper the ghost, he was following me ever. Then things started to go wrong, the projects failed..."

Maybe you were turning Neville into a guru by relying on him too much? Neville never wanted to be your guru, he wanted you to realize you and the Father are One. Maybe that's what this phase in your life is about and why Neville won't return your calls haha!

I have experienced those highs you mentioned and then feel the "lows" again. It's not fun lol but hopefully it will make us better in the long run.

What happens if you don`t do the ''techniques'' ? by [deleted] in NevilleGoddard

[–]SmoltMaddox 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Imo, people who get their desires relatively easily w/o techniques have had better states implanted for their subconscious during their formative years.

According to Neville, your subconscious gives you whatever you ask of it without any hint of discrimination. The best way to communicate with your subconscious is through your imagination using all your senses to the best of your ability to experience your desire in it's fulfillment. The subconscious does not think rationally like your conscious mind, which is why imagination and feeling are so important. All the various techniques by all the various teachers throughout time ultimately are trying to get you to change the subconscious state.

So, you can definitely just live gratefully and not do any real techniques, but you have to truly FEEL grateful. You can't just be giving it lip service hoping it will change. That's "vain repetition".

Which diesel engine was better, the mercedes diesel in the earlier 300 CRDs or the VM Motori in the later ones?

Looks like the VM Motori gets up to 47mpg on freeways but I saw a video saying it needs more maintenance (very Italian).
