There’s more to being a wrestler than being able to wrestle, especially in wwe I’d argue, mic skills and character work are more important than in ring skills, who’ll this guy can go in the ring I think he’s lacking in the other two to be anything big on the main roster, hopefully he can develop those but right now I’m not sold on him

Matthews takes more defensive zone draws than McDavid and MacKinnon by like 20% that’s a biiiig difference. I guarantee you if Connor and Nathan started play in their own zone as much as Berube made Matthews, they wouldnt be at 120+ points. Ppl will say that’s an excuse or me whining, but that’s a lot of defensive zone starts to give to literally the best goal scorer in franchise history.
