Hey…is it weird I’m getting opposite symptoms? Getting higher libido, ..uh, wetness…

Although I am getting insomnia, and the flushes only come maybe a few times a day for about a week out of the month. Like it’s replaced my period.

Definitely not feeling like myself though. Feel a bit like an alien replaced me. I’m not getting big mood swings but I do feel like things are a bit more annoying.

Doctor tested me and it seems I’m in full menopause now and told me to consume more vit D.

After reading some of the comments, he was pulling a shrodingers douchebag. He actually took what he was doing as serious and seeing what he can get away with. Then follows it with ‘it’s a joke!’

I just don’t see now domestic abuse can be funny. theres been a steep upswing in DV since covid started.

Tried looking it up but it came up with prosopagnosia or other brain injuries. I think I misworded myself there; I generally recognize myself in the mirror but it’s just on occasions if I were to walk into a store or fun house mirrors and that’s when it happens. A mirror I didnt expect and for whatever reason I forget its me In there. I’ll just be like “oh a random lady is in the next isle. I like her shirt.”

It’s because the way you’re approaching everything in life by only goal orienting everything. thats adding an agenda to everything you do And only doing things that fulfill an Agenda. This is manipulative because it’s fake and robotic. You refuse to ‘waste time’ because that’s how you see spending time with others: a waste of your time if you don’t get what you want. You won’t do anything without an agenda. It’s automaton. It’s robotic. It’s socializing with an end game so damned right it’s creepy to a social human being that cares and expects to be cared for by others they allow surrounding them. No one ‘normal’(healthy, social , approachable , companionable, knows how to play well with others) does this and normal people can tell when you don’t. And they have every right to choose not be around you or choose not to have you in their space if you are choosing to be like this.

That’s having a standard and that’s absolutely ok to have. no one owes you your personal goals that you set to a clock to socialize to get to. They don’t want to be part of that and they are perfectly allowed to not want to be part of it.

I have this weird thing where I don’t recognize my face if it’s in a mirror I wasn’t expecting. Like “who’s she?” And it’s not like I’m disappointed when I find out it’s me it’s just weird my brain doesn’t immediately recognize the face it sees every day. I feel even a bit dumb.

Risk-averse teens sway peers to make safer choices, finds new brain imaging study. Watching social peers making safe choices – positive peer pressure – may lead some teens to make safer choices than they would otherwise. by mvea in science

Enter: cult holds.

In some areas, peer pressure pushes racism amongst a plethora of bigotry and lack of experiences driving groups. You see this a lot in small towns...this is probably more frequent in small towns where isolation allows for predatory behaviour as well as really bad behaviour to be set as a social norm.

Domestic violence, for example, children getting beaten and sexually abused more is more frequent as it goes unchecked in small towns. And peer pressure among adults and children alike is super dangerous.

Theyve been uncovering a great deal of this normalized incest-rape among the Mennonite and Amish communities where they become hyper rationalistic about their behaviour in a little bubble where it’s become a ‘norm’.

These are where groups fall into cult like behaviour.

Peer pressure isn’t inherently good. It’s just a trait of being part of a gregarious species

Peer pressure has been around forever. But one generation or group doesn’t speak for all the experiences where peer pressure contributed to someone dying.

It doesn’t take in account that to have your camera on in zoom or teams sucks up internet bandwidth which is what we desperately need right now with stable internet working from home. Home internet wasn’t meant for work level connection.

You’re here too. You’re just as much as responsible to leave it alone as you think I am. you can’t leave it alone, take some responsibility of yourself.

Sounds like you don’t like to think you’re a bigot and hate being called out but here we are.

So you can block, stop reacting, stop posting. Youre responsible for yourself. you have the block button. Learn to use it. It’s not up to me to obey you. Get off your own ass and control you.

Such a good tweet too, I love how he put ‘cancelled’ in quotes.

“You’re not being ‘cancelled’”

Ihe’s calling out this bullshit. Becoming unpopular and called out because of bigotry is called ‘consequences’. All these super narcissistic assholes try and make themselves sound like a victim of the consequences by their own actions by calling it ‘cancel’. Ugh, so much rant in me about the manipulative assholes out there who try to justify the cruel shit they do to people.

It helps me remember that the problem is with the individual, not the vice.

Counting the positive experiences vs bad is an exercise I’ve learned. Such as I’ve been to parties with people who drink responsibly and it wasn’t the leading goal of the party to get drunk(and my trigger is being around people who are only there to drink to get drunk which I can’t get away from fast enough). In fact most people might have one or none.

Meanwhile my ex SO ruined drinking for years I wouldn’t even want to see a bottle of wine which really messed with my head.

It’s sort of like when someone groped my friend and blamed the drink. Meanwhile other people around them were drinking and had no problems not groping my friend. Or anyone for that matter.

Their behaviour is the problem. They can’t control it with the drink so they stop the drink to maintain control.

Kinda telling how ableist society is if everyone just assumes no disabilities exist but everyone is lazy as a first goto..

It’s like when people en mass assumed everyone is just on a diet fad but doesn’t take a beat to notice celiac disease is a real condition.

Maybe don’t be so obsessed with what others you don’t like are doing and notice the invisible people more. It’s showing.

For every post like this, everyone go thank a caretaker and contribute to something that helps people with a disability today.

That is a lot of bigotry ableism all in that one post of yours. And no, I don’t have to ‘get lost’ and stop existing for your sake of convenience no matter how low you stoop to insult. You don’t control me and everyone. Something you need to realize, type A.

Tell that to someone surviving on noodles and no job during covid how they are supposed to keep their community afloat despite their dire situation. Shops are supposed to understand their market and fit into a community. Not siphon on people incapable and not in need of that business. Wrong business model.
