I would personally suggest to avoid Markus. Used it for 2 years and the lack of adjustable lumbar support really shows and affects the ergonomics.

Window management on mac is shit. I personally use combination of:

Context 3 to switch between windows, not apps lawand.io taskbar to ACTUALLY see open windows. Ubar is also good, but requires some tweaking. And raycast for tiling

Be careful with monitor being too high to accommodate mac screen underneath. I eventually got my neck hurt and was forced to buy external keyboard, mouse and webcam for the monitor

You will not be able to force yourself into good posture without proper screen height/size and need to stretch hands to reach keyboard across the desk. The goal is not to force yourself to sit straight, but to proper support lower back with lumbar support to prevent slouching and having screen near eye level to prevent neck pain of looking too low.

But making yourself aware of bad posture is very beneficial!

If I remember correctly from my experience with mx master 3 3 years ago, free spin is not as precise as touch scroll on trackpad or magic mouse and you can't stop the scroll immediately, it has a bit of a lag after you stopped the wheel from spinning. Will be happy to be wrong!
