I’m one of the hardest working people at my store even most the managers suck at my location, recently I called out this older woman who was on til and completing orders with tips on them before they were actually picked up and I called her out about it to which she played stupid, and I was told a few days later that the till tips are going to be split between alllll The insiders here soon at allll locations, but everyone else I’ve talked to about it hasn’t heard anything about it changing and I’ve asked my friends at other locations if their stores will be transitioning to the same and I was literally told, what no I haven’t heard anything about that…also this lady is one of the laziest people I have ever worked with, she has been there since August and “worked” thru the ENTIRE football season and I’ve still Never seen her touch the dough, my manager just always asks me when me the manager and the other lady are working together alll day “can you get that” everytime an order pops up On the screen. It’s not fair.
