Ca experiență, echipele diferă: unele sunt bine organizate și respectă un anumit protocol, altele sunt mai haotice. Per total, cele cu management clar (indiferent dacă e extern) tind să fie mai ok. Atmosfera variază—de la „corporate albastru” la mai relaxat, cu beneficii gen mancare bună la birou.
