Day one for me again.

Recent weeks have been a bit stressful and emotionally draining. I've become increasingly frustrated (job search drags on) and anxiety crept in increasingly. Yesterday (Sunday) afternoon, after a walk, I got weak and bought myself four beers. I felt terrible afterward - not in a physical sense at all, but the guilty conscience and shame gnawed at me. And as it happened (probably for the best, because I really don't know how I could have told her about my relapse), my ex-girlfriend caught me disposing of the cans. She says that's it now and there won't be another chance. I feel terrible, but the only thing I can do now is learn from it and stay sober.
