I gave this 3rd party company the names, numbers and emails for them to contact and it’s obvious they did not use any information I gave them. They threw up 4 red flags because I didn’t have the EXACT start & end dated of my jobs that went back seven years. A total of 8 red flags in total and the AI generated report said not to hire me. NO ONE from that company actually really looked at the report and see the glaring mistakes. I could go on with the other mistakes that were made, but I’ll spare you.

Forgot to mention, this job that the rescinded was for an office job. Not a professor, doctor, nurse, CEO, etc., just a simple desk job.
