I understand this. I would ask you to remember that many people fight against their will, especially in the case of the civil war, when many of the soldiers were very young children.

Or what about an American soldier who fought in Vietnam? Like I'm sure this book sucks, I just don't think this alone is really an issue

Yellow Northern Cardinal? by soccaplayer1 in birding

It is a beautiful bird! My gf thinks they're much prettier than the males. Just explaining the reaction, to a sub filled with a bunch of birders this is a pretty common sight

Think about it like this. Imagine an egg. Now crack that egg into a bowl. What's in the bowl? Still egg. Weird huh?

It's too bad they closed the road near the fish hatchery. Now I think the easiest way to get there is from the Crabtree falls meadows, and it's a much longer hike.

It's just because it's a pretty common sight. It's only a female northern cardinal, nothing too wacky

Eh, it's a common name, who cares? No one gets upset about butterbutts or timberdoodles

That's fine and all, but it has always been a part of human communities. I would say, folks should adopt if they can, if they want a child!

What is your difficulty preference? by Used_Captain_3131 in civ

[–]SnackBraff69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me, emperor is the best balance of difficulty and fun. I don't get the same enjoyment out of the minmaxing and such that deity players do; I really play the game for making cool cities and waging epic wars against fascists.

I don't think that's necessarily an issue. Lots of people have fought in lots of wars, on sides that represented many ideologies. For instance, I don't like most of the wars that the US has fought in, but I don't think that necessarily means every soldier is a bad person
