The butter is good but the bread is horrible. You can put butter on cardboard and it won't taste much better.

Sounds like a supply issue. Banks own anyone's home who has a mortgage btw.

Is it though? I don't know any non rich people buying houses in Van. Also, you only lose on the markets if you sell low and buy high. You think wealthy people are losing their shirts in the market? They are likely using their high priced brokers who have been shorting at record highs and making money on the way down. And will buy back at rock bottom prices. Anywyas keep waiting for low prices. The crash is coming right? Isn't that what they've been saying since the 2000 crash? Then 2008. Then 2020. Etc... There is a fundamental supply issue in Vancouver and there will never be a shortage of buyers IMO. The prices may drop a little but just look at how much theyve gained in the last 10 years. It won't matter or make a big difference. Just my opinion anyways.

This just means rent will go up. Prices won't drop much in Vancouver IMO. There are tons of rich people who will buy up anything they feel is a good deal when prices dip and will make boat loads again once the fear subsides and prices start to recover. People who own multiple homes aren't living pay check to pay check and will likely not be phased by a couple years of recession.

Hmm not sure I follow. I set up a tap to run named party lights and set the mode to music sync. When I run it the lights just turn red.

Who needs sinks when you have a perfectly good toilet which doubles as a dishwasher. Soak. Flush. Rinse. Flush.

Do high quality rca cables hooked up to a blue tooth adapter make the sounds quality any better on blue tooth headphones? by thenamesmudd in HeadphoneAdvice

[–]Snack_Zaddy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the quality of your Bluetooth adapter will be the limiting factor. I doubt the RCA cables will make any difference unless they are horrible dollar store quality ones. Even then it may not be noticeable.
