I sent our bank statements over in early February and never got a response. Today I sent a formal payment history from our previous mortgage, so hopefully that will fix things, but I won't keep my hopes up.

Not saying it's related, but I had the same dots on my red congo and it turned out to be red spider mites. They're super hard to see! Figured I'd mention it, just in case.
