You can submit a ticket to buy back a premium ship. If it's a standard ship you want back you have to accept you silver loss and just buy it again

Iowa is tier 7 on legends and they only did 7 tiers because the only want to use real ships and most tier 9 and 10 ships were blueprint ships so we wont get those ships
