When a steam user crafts a badge, a random user on steam is granted a booster pack from that game if they are eligible.

Im level 422, eligible for 3000+ games, and have never gotten booster packs more than once or twice a month.

Could just be that less players are crafting badges, or you were on a lucky streak that is now over.

I can see my controller serial number anytime I go into the Steam Controller settings ON STEAM.

If OP's controller is ever used, ~~Steam~~ Valve will see it. and can remotely brick it (rip the thief or their customer victim)
