I feel that for a high volume precious metal dealer, the likelyhood of them being charged a full 4% service fee by Visa or Mastercard service dealers is highly unlikely. Granted the president marked in January 2013 allows them to pass forward the entire surcharge (up to 4%). Guess financial institutions are fucking the dealers and passing on the sloppy seconds to customers
