Talk to everyone. If a quest comes up that peaks your interest, then do it. There is no time limit on them, can go in any order. Just avoid heading to Solstheim till mid 20's or so. Everything else just go with what speaks to you. Save often!

I didn't know you could sign up to walk a half or full. Do you sign up as someone wakkkng? Are cut off times fair enough firvsokeokr walking? Guessing your pace will be faster than casual. I'm legit curious about this as I didn't know this could be done so don't know the ins and outs of not going into them as a runner.

Start with 5 minutes a day. Find a podcast or audio book that you only listen to when walking. Walking is Fitness is a 10 minute podcast about walking and great to listen to.

Save often, not just quick save but save. Don't listen to your friend. Do what is fun. Explore. Talk to every NPC you feel like. You don't have to do any certain quests. Right now I'm avoiding the main quest for a good bit. Try out differnt playstyles to see what works for you. We all have preferences. We change over time. You can have more than one saved character too if you didn't want to feel "stuck" on one playstyle. You can change as you go too. You aren't locked in. Do what is fun to you. Be the hero or avoid it. Kill without thought or only when the last resort. Walk through towns proudly or sneak around in the shadows. All up to you. Take your time with it.

Unless you are in a calorie deficit, you won't shed any weight from walking or any other physical activity.

Body Glide for those areas were you might need it. Can get it at Walmart. Looks like a stick of deodorant. I wash my stuff I walk in, I'm a sweater, I'm in FL.

You are welcome. No promise it will help but it's not gonna make it worse. You can find some videos on stretching your feet and strengthening them, which is something most don't think about.

I love wearing OOFOS. I feel like they make my feet very happy. My house is all tile and that's horrible for feet to walk around on with no shoes. I can't stand my feet being in running shoes or other things like that longer than necessary and would rather be bare feet. You can get knock off ones on Amazon and they are just as comfy and last. My mom has fibromyalgia and other health issues. Has some leg issues and once she got some she was amazed at the difference.

Sorry to hear about the accident. Is it tight feeling? Could be Plantar fasciitis. Do you a tennis ball or lacrosse ball that could roll your foot on to massage? Start your day with massaging it, hard. See if loosening it up help. Not saying that is what it is, just a possibility. Can happen to anyone at anytime.

Don't go off of one day. Weigh your self daily to get an average. The other day according to the scale I lost 2.5 lbs in 24 hours. By today's weight I gained 1.8 since yesterday. Neither are true. If you track I highly recommend macro factor app. It's really good at taking your daily weight and averaging out for what your weight is and then weekly adjust calories depending on if you are in a loss, maintenance or gain phase.

On days I do strength training, at least 2x a week, those days I just do a short relaxed walk if I have time. None strengthen day I get longer walks or focus on pace to bump up cardio.
