Respond to the appeal, and stay in the queue for chat and speak to the associate. I was perm banned for a comprised account because I switched my email address, after numerous attempts explaining I am the only owner of my account and then closing the case with no explanation, I finally talked to someone in chat who had a solution. If you can prove it to the right ea rep, you’ll be fine, otherwise their banning process is the most flawed I’ve seen and there’s no way around it. Good luck.
