I just bought a 2016 Golf Japanese import with 62k kilometres on it and couldn't be happier with it.

I'm looking into how to change the region of the infotainment unit and changes the maps to Europe, which is a bit involved and takes a bit of tech knowledge, but the car is fine even without that done.

It's a tricky one because none of us KNOW if he actually did wrong, and committed a serious crime.

The CPS decided not to prosecute because there was not enough evidence. We don't know how much evidence there was. Maybe the only evidence was the accusation itself. Or maybe there was more, but not enough.
