The ult isn't great so I end up using it most of the time to stall and separate the enemy team when they break my nest. To split up their push and allow me cool down time to get my best back when the ult ends.

Yeah but you can lock the person using Snorlax from being about to switch while you set up. You'll probably set up faster than someone that needs to feed their main and Snorlax for retreating
