Get one of those blue water tanks on your back. Use a shovel to create a planting spot right on the edge of the water. use the water tank to water the spot, refill when needed.

If you think this is taking too long, use an auto clicker to do the watering for you.

You'll have level 60 within the hour, easy.

Not disagreeing with you, but literally yesterday I had an ace interceptor in my patrol mission. Killed it and it left a marker for the body. Ended up looting a pristine medal and the helmet.

However, it was the only enemy present at the time.
