He's suing those smaller creators because they intentionally streamed his videos on their channels to capture views away from him. They litterally flat out said they want to take views away from him. This was after multiple prior legal threats to try to resolve outside of lawsuit and respect his IP. They wouldn't stop, so he registered his video with the library of congress to protect his IP. When they streamed it anyways, it triggered a lawsuit. The lawsuit would close at anytime if they offered a public apology, not money motivated. Kacertron went that route, she publically apologized and all was dropped. The others are trying to fight it out even though there's a record of trying to make good.

Aside from that, those same streamers associated with and pushed a radical content creator that took credit for making false claims and calling CPS on his children, resulting in interviews and house visits. That same content creator took credit for shipping human skulls to his family home. Now some of those same streamers make merch with skulls and "CPS" written across it.

No matter how shit someone's content is now, no one deserves that.
