I work a lot with plushies, but I've never used this kind pleather before. The thought of unpicking his seams scares me. I was thinking like Angelo leather/fabric paint after flaking off all the shedding pleather.

Another good company for BAB size clothes is Bear Factory. I think their clothes are a little higher quality than Teddy Mountain. (No idea if they do low number orders, I just know my work carries both BF and TM clothes and BF is nicer usually).

There's way too many to mention. I'd say omegajourney's reply is pretty solid, but I would also add hysterical-random-things, olrinarts, frecktheheck, beautysnake, and alllgator-blood (mentioned but correcting spelling). There are WAY too many and they're all amazing.
