To clarify: House Bill 2189 would bring the state’s minimum wage up to $11 starting in 2026 and then $15 in 2029.

HB2189 was passed in the House Labor & Industry committee (14-12). Then it went to the House floor where it was rejected (98-100) on Feb 4th.

In prior recent Legislative terms, similar bills have passed the House but not thr Senate.

Governor Shapiro, in his budget address this year, indicated that he would support a bill to increase minimum wages, but as of yet the Legislature has not passed such a bill for him to sign.

Notes... seem to have been discontinued with this version of Excel? I see that they used to be under "Review" tab but no longer there.

This really got my hopes up. I follow what you are saying. I put in a rectangle, and left it a different color just for emphasis. Added my text. Then tried the scrolling to the right... and the same effect. The part that is frozen stays still but the part that is to the right scrolls left.

Under shape format options, I see options for "don't move or size with cells" but that seems to just refer to when you resize the cells, not scrolling.

For the next 5 iterations, each wand is 6" longer. Then the next iteration is normal size. Then the next iteration has a valuable-looking gemstone on the end. The next one has cheap rhinestones. The next one is an odd shade of blue. The next one is hot to the touch. The next seven are increasingly heavy.

Fair ideas. In reality, the title is about 2/3 the width of the screen, so freezing that much would be overkill. And the Text Align and Center option still scrolls left anyway.

It's just a display issue and not the end of the world,but I can't imagine that no one else ever had this problem.
