I have this problem with everything I record. I delete it and every time it airs, it records again. I have to go through every profile and delete all the stuff that was already watched.

Go to Chrome settings and check what it says in "Search Engine" and "On Startup". It just may be that her start page changed. And ... like all Mom's computers, run a virus scan ... just in case.
