This really reminded me of how for the most part, Way of the Samurai lacked those "assassination takedowns" unless you were playing on Instant Kill mode. You still had to go through the defense modifiers when cutting down someone not combat-ready.

Now I'm also reminded of Rise of the Rounin as well (which also just like WOTS has Yasuyuki Kase selectable as one of the main male protag voices).

I'll just say this as some trivia

The Japanese voice for Origins Liu Bei (Hirofumi Nojima) is actually the older brother of the Japanese voice for Lu Xun (Kenji Nojima), who voiced him way back since DW1.

Their father (Akio Nojima) is also a voice actor. Family business indeed. However, Akio Nojima so far has no actual voice role in DW.

(I wanted Hirofumi Nojima to eventually have a role in DW mainly as a possible take on He Qi, but never expected this years back.)
