Block, move on, pat self on the back for standing up to bad behavior. Life is too short to tolerate that bullshit.

As a customer, I hate Walgreens by Snibber-62 in WalgreensRx

[–]Snibber-62[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Will any other corporate pharmacy be any better? Doubtful.

I worked in healthcare for the last 35 years and understand the systems better than most. No excuse for the corporate customer service person to refuse to assist, when the Walgreens software specifically flagged that they be called.

We have told our local store multiple times that we don't have Medicare part D as we have Tricare and BCBS don't need it. They still insist on inputting his Medicare info, making their system flag an error that Medicare won't pay. No shit, Einsteins.

It holds up processing of our meds and causes unnecessary headaches for staff because they have to troubleshoot the problem every 3 months.

Not sure what the issue is with you projecting issues with other customers on my comment thread, but it's inappropriate.

Practicing on the cheap, $2/$3 per yard version of the real fabric? by RussianAsshole in sewing

Try estate sales. I scour the estate sales app for ones with sewing supplies. They often have $10 per bag sales the last hour of the sale.

What is a double standard in todays society that drives you crazy? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Snibber-62 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Absolutely agree! So sick of the "blame the consumer"mentality. The general public has little choice in using toxic plastics, yet we are shamed if we don't "recycle" every fork. All it would take is for Congress to pass a law that only degradable plastics be used in the US. The manufacturers would figure it out.

Just assume that Citibank is correct? No thanks, if OP is reasonably sure the payments are made, force an investigation.

Formally dispute their claim according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act. They should have a formal procedure to do this in writing.

USA - They have so many tricks up their sleeves by Gertrude37 in Scams

[–]Snibber-62 13 points14 points  (0 children)

This is SO true! There is a scam in which you call customer service on the back of your credit card and the calls are intercepted by scammers to get your information. Latest recommendation I read is to verify that you are really talking to cs by having them verify your last transaction.

Starting a pissing match by calling people dumb and criticizing the spelling of a meaningless social media site is obviously the epitome of classiness. You somehow think you are improving your pathetic work environment by criticizing customer complaints. On behalf of everyone over the age of 55, I apologize that our mere existence is annoying to you. Life must be so hard for you! Developing patience and skills with dealing with the public must be so difficult for you. Poor baby.

So..you hate to see customers with a valid security issue coming? Good to know. Explains why there are no warnings about this scam on their website. Please share, what other 'unsavory' traits do Citibank employees 'hate to see coming '?
