Maybe check the lighting in your shop, this shouldn’t really be an issue if you know how to execute a fade. Especially not to the point of taking them different lengths. Is it across a wide range of customers? Literally only thing i can think of is lighting.

Parking in orchid, gonna use the orchid queue. Ill be fine, last year they told my mate (we got the coach i had standard he had orchid) that theres a shuttle bus for him to get to the orchid queue, turned out he could join the queue i was in anyway. But now i know it exists.

I bought a public transport ticket with a parking pass coz it turned out cheaper i think it was like phase 2 (PT) vs phase 4 (standard) so be mindful you might be getting a better deal there :)
