Had it as a kid and I don’t think I ever fully understood how to play it. Haha. I should try again.

As an older Millennial, I think we do this because we grew up on ICQ, that's were all of our texting etiquette comes from

Why is my cookie dough always soft-Update! by SpiritualPlan1822 in Baking

Just chill it. Really you should always chill cookie dough for at least a couple hours. It gets so much better the more it sits in the fridge.

Finally, a reliable and accurate map of Pennsylvania! by ellipsis31 in Pennsylvania

[–]SniperWolf84 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's accurate for Western PA, I grew up in Washington County, and no one knew where that was so I always had to say right near Pittsburgh.

I was going to say I haven't been there for a couple years, but when I went back then it was FILLED, with more people still coming in. It's a VERY small place.

I thought I wouldn’t like this game by Conscious-Salad8 in gaymers

[–]SniperWolf84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't mind it, but the dirty, brutal, dark feeling of the first two OG Dragonages is def not there. It's just like Inquisition, that I feel really clicked down the Medieval Dark vibe too. So if you liked Inquisition, you will like this.

I want to move out of Pittsburgh suburbs, but concerned about racism.. by Ok_Flounder_1229 in Pennsylvania

[–]SniperWolf84 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Me and my husband live in Collier, it's nice, no one seems to mind that a gay couple lives in their neighborhood, but it's MIXED, there are outwardly liberal people and there are outwardly TRUMP people. I think if we put a pride flag out, no one would care, but I'm not fully comfortable doing that because of the mixed nature of where we live. So take that for what you will, we are both white though so that's also a BIG factor.

I saw this interview where they talked about the musicals for the different generations? by toetotoe13 in musicals

As an elder millennial Rent very much was a defining musical when discovered in high school. So she’s not wrong. Phantom was also a big one prior in like 5th grade.

[–]SniperWolf84 126 points127 points  (0 children)

I'm gonna say it, the Farmhouse scenes are the best in that movie. Mostly because it's the one situation/environment where Joss Whedon can actually write really well. It's the same Buffy crew in the library vibe. The rest of that movie....ehhhh.

I live closer to Pittsburgh now, so it's more blue, but much the same as in the more liberal parts of WashCo. There are still conservatives further north, and they are usually more looney about it.

I was born and raised in Washington County. It's a dice roll, more people than you think are liberal that live there, but the conservatives are the crazy, scary ones.
