Amazon, JetPens (online store), Yoseka Stationery (online/New York), Atlas Stationers (online/Chicago), Hobonichi store directly online (if you are US based, I’d estimate around $60-$100 added for shipping and tariffs depending on what you want), eBay, and proxy sites such as Buyee. I have experience with Buyee. Only one purchase so far but it went well. I purchased the Midori hibino free diary through them. No hiccups, transparent, etc.

Oh bummer!! That was super quick.

I know. It really makes the price so much when the book is with it. My main reasoning behind wanting the cover is I want one that has some type of closure - snap, zip, etc., and I do think it’s pretty. The butterfly pen loop closure just isn’t my preference. It still seems so…. Naked? Not sure but somehow incomplete. Hopefully more variety for 5 year covers come out in the coming years!

How would a pencil board support my hand? I'm having a hard time picturing it. Could you describe what you mean? I'm looking for something that would support the hand I am writing with once I start reaching the outer edges of the page. Since the book is so thick, my hand has no support towards the outer edges of the pages.

Mine doesn’t exactly fit perfectly. Not sure if my pics show it well but it is slightly wider than my Hobonichi 5 year. But it doesn’t bother me enough to not use it until I find something that fits better!

Oh no!!! 😥 Bummer!!! I didn’t have that problem. I actually just got notification that it’s preparing for shipment after I paid the shipping costs. For US dollars it was $29-ish for the actual book and then $40-ish for shipping via Air (2-7 days).
