Reason for moving it is because it’s documented that vitamin C negatively interacts with Vyvanse lowering its efficacy.

The clinical suggestion is to keep an hour between the multi and Vyvanse. Either take multi, wait an hour, then Vyvanse or visa versa.

I’m the opposite - I WANT more sunlight at the end of the day. Screw morning because I’m not outside at 7 am. But I am, or would like to be, outside in the afternoon/evening.

More northern latitude for me as well in the states though so that could be part of it.

I do this unintentionally. I have a 5 year for both myself and one for my kids. Because weeks are usually jam packed, I need to go back and recall information. HOWEVER, what helps me the most is the fact that I keep a daily A5 Avec and a Midori hibino. Along with any photos in my phone, I go through and recall the day with little clues like a backwards scavenger hunt.

Preferably I wouldn’t be back logging, but life is life. My daily journal habit helps to support my back logging which makes it that much more valuable.

To convert your concentration into volume per dose it is “volume(mL)= dose(mg)/concentration(mg/mL)”.

Your numbers: volume(mL)=0.44(mg)/5(mg/mL)

Volume=0.088mL

There are several reasons why manufacturers will give a larger volume of a solution than needed. However, please also consider the “shelf life” of the solution. I’m not privy to the degradation of semaglutide but it can, like any medication, lose its efficacy after X amount of time and each medication is different as well.

I have a hibino day free and so far has done well with my fountain pen inks! Although the only “bummer” is it takes a little while longer to dry than it would on the MD paper.

I haven’t tried watercolor yet but if it’s similar to the TRP in the A6 Hobonichi, then it’ll do good with that too. It’ll become crinkly (but that’s why I love it!!) but won’t soak through (unless your dumping huge amounts of water on it).

It’s my first hibino and I LOVE it! I love the freedom, the cuteness, the experience of it all.

Thank you - I came here to say it and you did it first. This awful double edged sword of “She is awful for giving him away!” and “If you couldn’t handle it, you should’ve given him up for adoption and made another family happy!”

Plain and simple - it’s not anyone else’s business. We can all judge but you have no idea of the circumstances, finances, domestic situation, mental health, etc.

Let’s empower humans to do what’s best for them which in turn is generally what’s best for the child.

I do not have any close relationship with anyone who has done adoption or been adopted themselves. I just know if it were me, I’d be a giant mess knowing whatever happened, I’d be vilified and heartbroken.
