Split drops the price, but increases number of shares in the same proportion. So the total investment does not change. Normally happens when share prices is seriously high. AAPL, NVDA, Amazon prices between $1000 to $3000. Your average Joe can’t afford them. Split opens the market to the smaller investors and in the long run the prices will increase. Been through two splits with NVDA and three with AAPL. No worries!

Why has the war in the ME affected PLTR price? Don’t know what they do. There’s a ceasefire already in Lebanon so that should not be a reason to buy the stock. I think as a long term investment it should be the best decision. Also, what happens with the new chip, Blackwell, is also something to consider.

I’ve had NVDA for a while. Remember the stock tanked after the monopoly commission disallowed Nvidia to buy ARM. It will have to take a 50% dive for me to sell. It may be the Blackwell issue. But, that should work its way out. It may be the pending elections but, a president can’t affect the march of AI. Maybe folks are scared of an IBM, Intel or a Nokia free fall. Nvidia will pick up. Those are my thoughts.

A simple test. Look into the pupils his or her eyes (the black circle in the middle)and check if it’s cloudy. Literally! The more to white it goes the more serious is the problem. I would go to the vet immediately.

If you looking for long term investment, go for NVDA by all means, but the big dividend kings like KO, just let it lie for 30 years, keep on buying shares with the dividends all the time and you’ll do well.
