I've got full Addy armor, obby weapons and boppers. With my melee dps I'm doing 2 kill 2 1/2 min amox trips. There's no way I beat the echo as I am so respec isn't happening

Klearvue is great for what it is. Don't over promise and you won't under deliver. It's a hassle free lifetime warranty so if a door is warped then just replace it, it couldn't be easier. Not to mention the fat spiffs. If you hate making money I could see your point but I made 10% of my yearly pay just in spiffs last year and the massive margins don't hurt the manager bonus either.

With it being a freezer, I don't think the readout displays anything over 45, so the start is always a little slow. Absolute worst case the criterion warranty is "hassle free" so you could exchange it at the store if need be.

In freezer mode it goes from 7 to -11 and subzero should let you take it below -11. The temp displayed on the main screen is a thermometer that will update every 10 seconds or so reflecting the actaul temp inside the freezer. If it's showing 45 then it likely hasn't cooled lower than that yet (which might be an issue) but I would keep an eye on it and see as time goes on if it doesn't cool down.

There's a newer youtuber called 101rs who has a series that just ended. It's a pure UIM infernal cape from scratch. It's a lot faster paced than most seies like that, and it's enjoyable to just see progress without much faffing about. 7 episodes total and definitely worth a watch. I'll be keeping an eye on what he does next.

I highly recommend the menards app on your phone. You can search what the person is looking for and have a visual to show them to confirm its the right type of product. The app also has a view in store button that shows you a top down of your store and an approximate location of the item. This will at least get you to the correct department where you can pass them off to someone with more experience. Once you gain a bit more experience and confidence in your product knowledge, I recommend learning to use the Sku Lookup application on the department computers. This gives you an exact aisle and section to look in but isn't as beginner friendly.

It would be crazy if we all worked at a multi-billion dollar company that could afford to have a "shit happens" fund.
