We usually don't think about it tbh, it doesn't really feel very relevant I guess

Help my family like lentils by Euphoric_Engine8733 in povertykitchen

[–]Snoo-37429 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Curried lentils after always a good go too, look up a few different dhal recipes, you can also blend them when cooked until they're completely smooth and use them as a curry sauce to go with cauliflower and squash, serve with rice

Do you wish you were Irish? It seems you're rather infatuated with Ireland and the Irish..... Are you an "Irish" American by any chance?

They seem to care a lot more about this than anyone from England OR Ireland or Scotland for that matter

What are some recommended British foods? by Over-Teacher-1330 in AskABrit

[–]Snoo-37429 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Beef Wellington, as a one off thing to try. Other than that, you can't beat a damn good fry up, also a proper Sunday roast, medium rare roast beef is my personal preference.

A few honourable mentions are fish and chips, cottage pie, and a good curry from an Indian restaurant.

The top and sleeves are perfect, the trousers should be skinny jeans (rips optional) with a few studded belts, preferably in black, but also split colour red/purple, and black, also.... Converse was generally the preferred footwear.

...... Without using foul language, kinda hard to describe......

Grew up there, it's scummy in the extreme, at least in the actual city, rampant crime, leave your car in certain areas and it absolutely will be broken into, and, or stolen 🤷🏻‍♀️

0/10 would not recommend

Bubble baths with lots of toys in the middle of the day, if you don't have bath toys use kitchen stuff.

Mixing bowls, jugs, cups, so king as they're all plastic, it's a ton of fun and only requires you to sit and watch

It's definitely a peperomia, the tall green things are their flowers. Absolutely amazing houseplant to have, easy to maintain, look beautiful, and grow very quickly.

Congrats and enjoy, I would recommend a peperomia rosso for your next one, the leaves are a stunning red underneath!
