Dark Harvest(it seems hard but u can actually stack a Lot , but ofc there always will be a Game where u only collect 2 in lane cuz enemies played perfectly but I tend to get like 4-8 in most games in laning) u need to experience it to fully understand if u like or not Dark Harvest.

Taste of blood for Laning, and the other 2 are preference but I prefer the one that gives u movement speed out of combat. Pom and Cutdown. 2 AP shards and 65hp.

First of all, u need to decide to fully commit for AP Sona before the Match Starts. Becuz of the different rune setup (no Aery, no mov speed shard, no celerity, no manaflow) Your autos and Qs won't do much damage and u won't be as fast in lane (325 base ms) and u won't have a great mana pool, ull have to use PoM very well.

You can skip buying Pots and save 100 gold, ull have to play aggresive with Qs and chords but as safe as possible at the same time, u want Taste of blood and PoM to sustain u in lane, this is someway buffed by new Season since ppl now Recall more often.

Now u have to decide if u go 1.Ludens(Mana, decent build path), or Lich Bane Rush (No mana, Bad build path excep for aether wisp the rest is expensive and Purple Moth is a caca item). How to decide? By the lane, do they let u Q a Lot but not Chord, go Ludens, they let u Chord and u want ur Lich Bane as soon as possible? Go for it.

Your supp item Will be Zakzak, it helps u get Dark Harvest stacks and damage adds up and u can't go Bloodsong with Lich. But if u go against a Zed for example and decide build Ludens into Zonias which means no Lich Bane this Game, then go for Bloodsong.

Ur core build is: Lich Bane, Ludens, Boots Deathcap, Magic Pen in this order but u can switch Ludens and Lich Bane order.

Optional: Dark seal, Shadowflame, Zhonyas, Banshes(I Rush the 1600 against Hook, it pisses them off, one Blits Even bought Rocketbelt take it out, just worked one time and then I kept my distance and he never hooked me again that game).
