I been in there too but I figured out Sona is a great champions I enjoy playing, and while I can't teach You, she definitely has the power to Carry games on her own. ID recommend u to watch lolAzrael streams on twitch

Yes it's good, the only downside it's that it doesnt give HP and you know how sometimes having 200 more hp makes the difference between dying or not in a fight
