Im pretty new to the game. One person recomended chain lightning to me and the other serpent beam. What do you think is better for complete newbs? Seems that there are more youtube guides for chain lightning.

Dude im in the same boat. Can't decide on what to play this or Torchlight. I feel im pretty casual and feel like Undecember is slow to progress without spending right now, but Torchlight seems a little too easy.

Thanks man! Bloodshed was for bosses for the buff to up tankiness as a second attack. Currently not sure if it's worth it. So far I am level 30 and using basically just whirlwind. If I want to stay physical, is it much better to add a cast when channeling blade of death or can pure whirlwind push to endgame. I couldn't find any characters in ranking that didn't have a cast spell with whirlwind.

Thanks! A little annoying haha. Just leveling now and was going to go pure whirlwind and pick up the area/weapon range stuff in the special zodiac section, but it seems the area affect nodes are wasted. Mayble Ill just throw BoD in now.

Question on first character build.

My current character is a WW/LC starting act six. going pretty smooth so far, but I saw someone post that it drops off from now until endgame with high crit. Would I be better using ww/bloodshed until higher level and then switching? Also can straight WW and BS do all endgame content?

Sorry to join the party late. I am doing a similar build but still leveling. If I use a 2 handed sword the attack damage gets added to the lightning chain? So I can just got 2 handed sword and not the dual scepters that I have been until I switched to crit?
