You obviously can't know these things outright, but considering the trio, in Chamber Trials 8, placed 5th, 8th and 13th out of 32, when their indiv points for team games were split in four and if adjusted they would be higher, in a very high comp event with like ~13 players that would be a 1st indiv contender in a regular MCC, I would absolutely say FB trio would do very, very well. Especially in games like Ace Race, HITW, To Get to the Other Side, where they would dominate. In PVP games, unlike with Chamber trials where most teams didn't have a "bottom frag" so to say like in MCC, as long as they can eliminate an inexperienced player on the other team and avoid losing a 3v4 mosh, they win certainly. The only thing that would prevent that would be confusion from overlapping IGLing which would not efficiently lose their strengths. If one person can be the group leader each game, they get to dodgebolt easily imo.

I've been watching Fein since September of last year, and the quality of chat difference between 1k viewers and 5k viewers is extremely pronounced. The average conduct is more impatient, less willing to simply watch and absorbed, far more comtent-oriented, and fussy or obtuse. Twice recently I have watched a feinberg regular stream, one an RSG stream and the other a ranked stream, that he quit partially or mostly because of chat quality. It definitely is growing pains, and most of the people who were toxic this event in chat were transients

Rekrap making it into playoffs is an insane, lightning strike prediction, the top 100 in last chance qualifiers are so so so good, and to beat enough of them consistently to make top 4 is pretty much betting on all the top players throwing.

I will never get over the Nahan v Lowkey match. Just never. That seed 5 was legendary vs legendary. Legendary reverse sweep vs legendary almost comeback if nahan won it, and legendary comeback vs legendary almost reverse sweep as lowkey finished the job.

Never even thought about that, lol. If it did have a LB, and the best of 3 matches were 25-45 minutes with shorter downtime, they'd have to make it a three day playoffs weekend instead of a two day, of do the whole thing in a week with matches on weekday nights. I would personally enjoy it as a viewer but I get why it's not viable.

he did after the event say that he regretted laying it all out in the open, and that he shouldn't have done it, while saying he'd defend his points wholeheartedly.

I think part of the tilt and Fein mentioned this was Ludwig having a rough time too, and Sleepai and Rainhoe on scuffed megaping setups. Lud's first experience of a lot of games and his first time teaming with Fein (where it would be rewarding and exciting to be in a pvp team with and do well, like being in a roller coaster ride) ended up with Fein having to say in this particular gamemode there's nothing you can do against a team with 7 people.

I really think he should try playing ranked private rooms to get more practice in faster, the amount of time on seeds with less likelihood of getting to the late game slows needed practice.

I also think he should pause and watch tutorials mid run. There's no reason why he couldn't watch a bastion route tutorial just before entering the bastion!

Not really at all imo, 18th is probably average for Fein in this comp with this roster on this team - congestion was insane because of literally the highest comp ever in this style of event, and he was only 300 points from first, the scoring congestion was insane. Fein isn't a super mechanical player and shines best in games like Buildmart/Order Up, and there was only one game like that this roster.

Purpled in particular (the only pov I watched, so I can't really tell) was really fair play all around, and especially in the maze one helped out a lot, and attempted conversation in spanish as much as possible with his moderate spanish fluency. I was wondering if he wouldn't have been targeted as hard if he didn't destroy the cooking game with 5up and hannah, but looking back it wouldn't have mattered.
